| If you do not have a .Mac membership and you receive an invitation to join a group, you will need to sign up for a .Mac ID before joining the group. Your .Mac ID comes with a 60-day trial membership to .Mac so you can try out all that .Mac has to offer. |

Using Your Group iDisk
When you're a member of a .Mac Group it's easy to keep in touch with everyone in the group. Right on the group page you can view announcements, see a listing of recent messages, subscribe to the group's calendar, and even share files with other group members.
- From the Go menu, choose iDisk, and then choose My iDisk from the menu that appears. (.Mac membership required.)
- Copy the files you want to share into any folder in the group's folder in your iDisk.
- Tell the members of your group to go to the .Mac group page in their web browser.
- Members of your group can click Group iDisk to see the files you added.
- Group members can choose to download the files to their own computers, or upload other files.
